PUAs

Pickup artists: men who pride themselves on their ability to trick, coerce, or otherwise manipulate women into sleeping with them. Faking human interaction in such an inhuman way that they can scarcely be considered one of us. They have no care for the experience or the joy of being with another human being. Plugging in memorised sentences like a code, steering all conversation along a predetermined path, with a singular desired outcome.

We have a name for something similar. We call it spam.
